Pretty standard interview process- recruiter phone screen followed by 3 rounds with the hiring manager, KAM, etc. Seems like they are required to work with a more corporate questionnaire that looks for STAR format answers. They were also pretty real and genuine and went "off script" too, though. Zero complaints about the interviews themselves and everyone was great, but the bone I have to pick is that they ended up totally ghosting me after 3 rounds. No contact at all even after follow-up on my end. I talked to someone else who interviewed for the position who said they got ghosted after 4 rounds, so it seems like this could be par for the course for KDP. Highly unprofessional guys, do better.

Question 1
I remember a generic "describe a time when you overcame adversity" type of STAR question.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Keurig Dr Pepper
Interview
Quick request to interview after application. Easy to schedule with recruiter, did not receive specific details in first round and quickly moved to 2nd round. Next round was virtual but recruiter sent two different interview links to myself and hiring manager. Was waiting for 20 minutes and we eventually figured it out. Had a great second round, was told next steps and that feedback would be given 10 days later. Almost 21 days later I finally requested the feedback and was told they were moving forward without and feedback that I was told I would receive. Disappointing.

Question 1
They ask a lot of questions relating to their core values so it's situational and behavioral.
