Very basic interview. Easy to nail as they are desperate for workers because of the high turnover rate. At the site I interviewed they have a 3 day work week schedule for productions

Interview was by temp agency only, who offered work. No interview with company, just show up and work because temps were going in and out constantly since they were so severely under staffed.
