There were multiple one on one interviews. One was a typical HR style interview, and others included going through your resume as well as describing the job. Very open to asking questions, in fact encouraged.

There was first an online assessment followed by an online interview and then a final on site interview. The final interview had 3 parts to it, a group exercise, presentation, and final interview.

Interview
There was an application form, then an online test, then a video interview then an assessment centre. The assessment centre was pretty standard and just involved conducting a presentation, a group exercise and a one on one interview. Not really much else to report other than that I didn't get offered the job in the end.
