Kerauno interview questions

The interview process was what would be expected of industry standards. There was a panel of engineers as well as one on one interviews. The owners engaged with the company in a hands-on fashion.

Company posted for a Sales Director position and changed the hiring position mid-interview process to a Sales Executive . They decided not to offer to either of the finalists after four full interviews including a full business plan presentation. Instead they reposted for a Sales Executive. This was a complete waste of my time and the other finalists.
