Face to face interview for 3 rounds with HR, hiring manager and senior management. Personality test given in first round. Questions are generic and predictable. No fancy IQ or psychometric testing.
Interviewers are nice and will guide you along. Genuinely wants to know more about you and your progression career development. Listens and asked thought provoking questions to elaborate all your answers.

Was given a form to fill in personal details and a personality test. Was interviewed by 2 managers and 1 HR. The interview is quite simple and only took 30 min. They seem to be nice.
