First was a phone screen, conducted by a very enthusiastic and friendly, senior member of staff. He described the business and philosophy. Then asked me to tell him about my background, which I did. It was very informal. Second, in-person interview with two most junior members of staff. The most junior was very engaged and thoughtful in his questions. The hiring manager ignored most of what I said. He enjoyed talking about himself and Kepler, and seemed to be mostly focused on having been promoted a bunch of times. They talk about being better than the typical agency, but never seemed to discuss how. My impression was that they're snobs, but don't back it up with real performance.
