      Client Solutions Manager Interview

      3 Dec 2016
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Kepler Group (New York, NY) in Nov 2016

      Interview

I thought the hiring process was relatively extensive, but they say they look for the right person and not to just fill a role. I had a total of four rounds of interviews after an initial call with a recruiter - Phone (1), Video (2), In-Person (3 + presentation), and a follow up Video (1) that also was a casual discussion on an industry topic. I think it was important to go deep into specifics and show strategic thinking.

      Client Solutions Manager Interview

      25 May 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Kepler Group in Feb 2021

      Interview

My initial call with the recruiter was amazing - he was super informative, had a good feel for my background and how that would apply to the role. Very positive experience. After he passed me on to the second interview round, I met with two individuals for 30 minutes each. Both were clearly reading interview questions off a script, lacked any enthusiasm for being a part of the hiring process, and were completely disengaging. The first individual showed up more than 5 minutes late (and made no apology for it). After providing thorough answers to each of their questions, I was met with "yeah, totally" every. single. time. Both interviewers had hard steps and I was therefore left with zero time for questions within the allotted time, which also seemed unprofessional to me. Based off of other reviews, it seems that they may have already started the hiring process with another candidate and we were both just wasting our time, but there are more professional ways to go about carrying on an interview when the role is no longer open. Based on this experience, I wouldn't consider applying for another job with the company in the future.
