Met with a team of people for 45 minutes. Asked lots of questions about my overall life experiences and how they would fit the job. Did a thorough explanation of the job responsibilities. They followed up with my references quickly after.

Interview
For some departments, you can expect a full day interview, (9a to 2p) with several mini-interviews with various people you would be working with. While helpful to get a good feel for a candidate, seems a bit much for an hourly administrative assistant role.
