Resume Based shortlisting. Interview based on resume, programming language knowledge, case based. Python, MATLAB knowledge questioned. Explain your projects in detail, asked the technologies used, alternatives to that technology. It was combined interview of HR and Technical. HR asked situation based questions.
The interview process was relaxed, featuring conversational discussions and team interactions. Employees were welcoming, fostering a positive environment where genuine exchanges flowed naturally. A low-pressure, enjoyable experience overall! Balanced technical and HR questions.
