I applied online. I interviewed at Kentucky Employers' Mutual (Lexington-Fayette, KY)
Interview
Virtual panel with 4 people on a round robin. Each had 15 minutes to ask their assigned STAR questions. Nothing asked to even determine if I knew how to handle a KY WC claim from start to finish. No questions about processes or legal aspects. Seemed more of a personality interview, rather than based on my experience handling claims in that jurisdiction.
No follow up afterwards. Job was reposted 4 days after my interview. Finally received a canned response only after I emailed the talent acquisition specialist.

Question 1
Typical STAR questions that were generic and answers could be made up.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kentucky Employers' Mutual (Lexington-Fayette, KY)
Interview
Applied through the University of Kentucky career fair. I got a call for an in person interview. Coding Challenge and then a mock email write up. Then a general interview in a room of about 4 people. I'm not sure how they went about selecting their candidate because clearly it wasn't based on skill when the challenge was super easy.

Coding challenge was to hand write a function that will add, subtract, multiply, and divide only using addition and subtraction.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kentucky Employers' Mutual (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in May 2015
Interview
Concise and effective. I spoke with many of the different departments heads as well as met with many of the employees in the department I was applying for. It was very friendly, I never felt nervous, and was an overall pleasant experience. Great place to apply coming out of college.
