Kentucky Employers' Mutual interview questions

Virtual panel with 4 people on a round robin. Each had 15 minutes to ask their assigned STAR questions. Nothing asked to even determine if I knew how to handle a KY WC claim from start to finish. No questions about processes or legal aspects. Seemed more of a personality interview, rather than based on my experience handling claims in that jurisdiction. No follow up afterwards. Job was reposted 4 days after my interview. Finally received a canned response only after I emailed the talent acquisition specialist.
