Received an email on a Wednesday to interview in-person ~1 month after submitting the job application; the interview date was predetermined for the upcoming Monday. The in-person interview lasted ~30 minutes among a table of 4 people taking turns to ask questions; 1 HR Rep, 1 EH Manager, 2 EH Supervisors. Later that day I received an e-mail inviting me for their 2nd round of interviews scheduled for the following week; the 2nd interview was virtual and lasted ~30 minutes with the same individuals. At the end of the 2nd interview, it was said that references (of an organization that was never brought up in the interviewing process) may be requested and/or notification of results were to be delivered via email by the end of the following week...references weren't requested and results of filling the position was not delivered.
