Kensington Tours interview questions

3 interviews. One was on phone, and 2 virtual face to face. All very friendly and professional. It was casual banter. Met with HR for phone interview and then with 2 managers and finally with the VP

Received a preliminary call request. Sent me info on what to expect. Share your travel experience, high-touch service background, how you handle sales. You will be asked to drop a sample itinerary, but you don't get a choice of place. I had researched this in advance and had Thailand in my mind. I feel that was not a proper way to assess a candidate. Also moved very fast.
