Kenseal Construction Products interview questions

Very thorough. Two 90 minute interviews. Several hypothetical questions. Strengths and weaknesses, construction knowledge, customer service experience. Positive and negative stories. Where do you desire your career to go. Why did you apply to Kenseal?

It was a three interview process over the course of a month. After the phone screening, I met with the head of HR, and a warehouse manager for the second interview. The third, and final, interview was with the sales manager of the branch that I would work at. Staying in communication with all parties was crucial.
