The interview was pretty simple, but they made me wait 25 minutes in the lobby while the man was on a phone call (red flag #1). They made me fill out an application and another form. Keep in mind we are interviewing during a pandemic. The man interviewing me asked me to take my mask off "So he could see if I have a pretty smile" which I found to be very creepy (red flag #2). I dismissed it because I needed a job. The next week when they called to offer me the position, I temporarily accepted while I looked for other options. The woman on the phone asked me to fill out the forms she sent to me in an email. I checked my email, and its the same exact forms they already made me fill out while I waited almost a half hour for my interview. I told her this, and she replied, "Well he didn't give them to me." (red flag #3) Okay, 3 red flags before my first day. Yeah, I passed real hard on this one. I told them I no longer accepted the employment offer.
