Interview
The interview overall was pretty simple. Sent in application after a networking call over the summer and got an interview for a fall position. Roughly an hour. Basic behaviorals like walk me through your resume, what are you passionate about, why Kennedy etc. Technicals were pretty minimal. Walk me through an income statement followed by a quiz on a computer with questions about the firm and a simple excel model to fill out.

Interview
I applied through the company website and after one week received an email to come in for a formal interview. The interview process consisted on 30 minutes of behavioral questions and then 30 minutes of technical questions and your passion for equity research. After that I received a tour of the office and then was asked to complete a test that consisted of basic accounting principals.
