The interview process consisted of three rounds and a personality assessment. The first round was a virtual interview, followed by a second-round virtual interview with Talent Acquisition. The third and final round was an in-person interview that lasted seven hours, and included meetings with nine different individuals, along with a provided lunch.
If I were structuring the process, I would break up the interviews to make them more respectful of the candidate’s time. Instead of an extensive final-round interview, I would ensure that longer in-person meetings are reserved for finalists only and focus more on a meet-and-greet approach once a candidate has been identified. This would streamline decision-making while still allowing for proper evaluation and engagement.
