Had an approximately 30 min screening phone interview which was professional and pleasant. Really just covered the basics, but did have an opportunity o delve into my professional background. Was offered time to ask as many questions as I wanted. I then spoke with the hiring manager which was more in-depth to my experience and what differentiated me from the competition. Received great insight into Kemper, the business, challenges, and I felt the hiring manager was transparent. In separate sessions, I spoke with business heads as well as colleagues and direct reports. There was good follow up and communications regarding timing and process. Overall, I felt it was a thorough process with a lot of opportunity to learn, ask questions and make an informed decision.
