Interview
The interview process duration was long and required me to meet with many people for half-hour interviews over weeks. The upside is that I met many terrific folks. The downside is I received another offer during that time and I could have missed the opportunity to work for Kemper as a result.

Provide examples of likes and dislikes regarding corporate culture.
Engaged in several telephonic discussions with multiple organizational leaders, followed by thorough offer and salary negotiations, comprehensive background verification, and seamless onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Great process!! Interviewed with multiple layers and positions. Unfortunately position was closed out due to acquisition. Only complaint was that they didn’t follow up later to see if any other positions made sense.
