A joke would be the only proper way to describe my experience. I was scheduled for a 30 minute interview but was only actually given four minutes. The interviewer was rushed, didn't seem to actually be listening to what I was saying, and then proceeded to lead me on when clearly there was no intention of ever hiring me. I have a strong resume, expertly constructed, and the skillset needed to perform this role, but was not given a fair shake because the interviewer did not do their job. Your loss. Advice to your Talent Acquisition Team: grow a pair and do your job. This is people's livelihoods that are in your hands.
