Kelly Technical Support Advisor (Apple @ Home) interview questions

it went smoothly and it was easy. Just be yourself and confident..it helps to have a little knowledge about the company as well as technical knowledge. The interview was very brief Id say 15 mins. The interviewer made the process easy and relaxing so I wasn't at all nervous. Overall it was a good experience and glad for the opportunity..I would recommend it to anyone!

It was very easy. I was asked basic customer service questions and trouble shooting questions. I was asked to present my ID at the beginning of the interview and also to be in the space I would work from. The interviewer was very kind. I was offered the position at the end and I accepted.
