Interview
I took an hour plus assessment test and then interviewed with HR within a couple days. The position was for at home remote support and the interview needed to be conducted in the room where, if the position was offered, I would be working day to day.

I was asked, what from my prior experience qualified me for the position. There were also allot of questions verifying I was aware the position was remote and OK with a non-typical office experience.
Once you clear their assement then take interview, It was easy, ask very simple question about your self, ask question from your job background, they asked me how to handle difficult client, why this role ,

It was Smooth and easy. They asked basic customer service questions. Questions related past job and situation based questions but before that there was a simulation which u need to pass for the interview.
