Applied online. The online application process makes you go through a pre-application questionnaire. Only then can you proceede to the application. The application contains many questions where your answers are based on a scale and you use a slider to select, and others make you choose between two things, ie your commitment to the job vs your family.
I received a denial less than 24 hours later. I was routed several times through a dozen places only to end up at a number that was disconnected. I finally got a hold of their INTERNAL support number and they sent a message to the recruiter on my behalf. After several emails being extremely evasive, I was eventually told I was denied because I selected that I had average Apple knowledge.
This is a work at home position. I have worked at home for the past 12 years communicating with teams via chat and telephone. I have a dedicated office space, PC and even dedicated internet. I have extensive support experience on thousands of products, but I was denied because of average Apple knowledge?
A closer look at the questions, and through them you reveal your age, family life, and other things. I believe they are looking for young, single folks and deny anyone that doesn't fit that mold.

Interview
Typically, the first interview is the first face-to-face meeting with your potential employer. Their goal is to get to know you and assess your skills and experience in relation to their needs for this particular role. They're also looking to get to know you to determine if you will fit in with the company's culture.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kelly (Detroit, MI) in Apr 2023
Interview
Overall, smooth down to earth questions and typical common sense questions. If you can articulate well this interview should be a breeze ! You must show your work space during the interview.

Question 1
Q: Why do you think this job will be a good fit for you ?
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kelly (Paint Lick, KY)
Interview
Interviewer was extremely rude, I got offered a job on the spot and declined. When they asked me why I told them I didn’t have the patience for rude people making snarky comments. I would hire some nicer people to do interviews! Questions had nothing to do with the job description either.
