Kellwood interview questions

"Very kind and friendly, Interview went well. I was glad there were no difficult or odd questions, only applicable to the job, and my job history. Straight to the point. overall it was great to meet with them."

They asked me to do a project without looking at my portfolio. I asked them some important questions that I wanted answered before I did the project. They didn’t get back to me for weeks and then didn’t answer all of my questions but still asked for the project. I said it wasn’t a good fit and then they asked me to fill out paperwork. When I said no they continued to reach out saying that it’s their legal process that I needed to fill out paperwork since I interviewed. Needless to say I did not fill out paperwork and I’m glad I refused to do a project I’m sure they asked a ton of candidates to do. Waste of time.
