I was interviewed in Gurgaon office, spent almost my full day there with 3 rounds. After that I was told I am selected and they would consult there VP for my package discussion and will call me after 2 days. Never heard back from them, even dropped mail and they told they are not getting time to get approval from higher management. They are a CMMI5 company only on papers but the way they handle there hiring process even startups stand by there words. Pathetic experience. What would have happened if I resign after there confirmation and never got offer from there side as well.
