I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
The interview took place at a job fair. After reviewing the resumes, the company determined who they wanted to interview. The interview took place in a separate room. The interview was one-on-one. The questions were pretty routine. Received another call with some additional questions.
Several one on one interviews and then interview with multiple higher level employees. Also a personality test to start. It does seem a lot for the type of position and pay.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical questions about strengths and weaknesses. Projects you worked on.
A bunch of psychological tests that they already know the answers to by the time you get to the interview. They will then ask you questions about yourself, only for them to then tell you that they knew you were never qualified for the job, thus wasting 2 hours of your time.
Extremely long, with many meetings. I'd say it was very intensive for a pretty low risk position. Not really worth the time unless you are 100% sure you want the position.
