Interview process was pretty easy, not many questions asked. It was surprising to me. Wonder how they know if you are the right candidate with so little interest in one's background.

Received an email to reply with a video response to 3 questions about research, and availability to work remotely with software on my computer to monitor me since it was a remote job and it would be all online.

Lengthy and ridiculous. Perhaps they should trust themselves a bit more rather than relying on test after test. If you interview to be an agent, you're accepted pretty much immediately. If you want an in-house position, you are tested and interviewed a ridciulous number of times. It gets exhausting and becomes a place you'd rather not work.
