Relatively easy, only talk about benefits and potencial opportunity. There are some paperworks to do and the recruiter is nice. This is an in person interview by the way. The broker might have changed to someone else so can’t speak for all interviewee
Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Orange Park, FL) in Sept 2025
Interview
High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
