Interview
I researched many real estate companies before I started the interview process. There are a lot of companies to choose from in the area, but in my opinion Keller Williams had the best reputation for new agents as they are known for their outstanding training program. I met with a recruiter.
It was not immediately clear whether the interview was about the position. But I did not know if the interview was a question of whether the interview would have to go on for a while and I did know it would have been about a week.
Spoke with a team leader about goals in real estate, spoke a little bit about my history and how I ended up here. Then discussed the agency and all that was offered at this location.
