I applied online. Few days later I was told to complete an hour long personality assessment. I was contacted a week later to schedule an interview. The interview was mostly questions to get to know me on a personal level.

Consisted of emails to set up phone call and then a phone interview. Process lasted a couple of weeks and offer was made shortly after that. Applied externally as well.

-Tell me about yourself -Basic real estate and finance focused questions
Simple interview with common interview questions. The staff was open and inviting. There were no surprises with the questions or process. Would recommend working here for first job in college.
The interview was straightforward. People were nice, company was small, nothing too big going on. Lot and lot of phone calls around the office. Not hard, not too easy. I would interview again probably if asked to.
