Applied online and got an email for a phone screen about 4 weeks later then nothing for another month. Job was listed on and off constantly during this time. Then a district manager called for a 3 panel interview at a hotel. 4 star format questions then chatted about job and territory. They wouldn't answer what your hours or territory would be. Said every weekend is mandatory. And you have to drive 40 Miles before they pay mileage! !! Also you don't know your hours till the night before you work !! I said no thanks.

I applied online on January 30 and I received a call March 2 for a panel interview. I meet with two supervisors that made the interview very welcoming. I answered 4 questions STAR and was told I should hear something back within the week. I have to say that I enjoyed meeting with them.

Interview
A panel of three Kellogg managers interviewed me. First they asked me to tell them a little about myself. Then they alternated and took turns asking me a total of six questions related to specific scenarios. They used the STAR approach (Situation/Task, Action and Result). They then asked me if I had any questions and the interview ended. Total time in interview was approx. 30 minutes.
