      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kellanova (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2022

      Interview

The recruiter was very nice and easy to talk to. The interview was very personable and I felt that I could easily share my work history. The whole interview took about 15 minutes but that was because it was at a conference.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kellanova in Jan 2013

      Interview

Upon applying for the sales intern position, I received a call from an HR rep after approximately 3 days. We had an hour long phone interview, and approximately 2 weeks later, I received a call for a follow-up interview at Kellogg's headquarters in Battle Creek, MI. The company arranged flights and hotels for all interviewees to come down the day before the interview. That night we had a meet and greet with the interview panel, as well as other key Kellogg employees. The next morning each candidate was given a interview time slot. My interview consisted of 3 people: 2 of which were recruiters and the 3rd was a zone manager. Approximately 2 weeks later, I received a call with an offer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There were only four questions asked during my interview: 1. Why do you want to work for Kellogg's? 2. Name a time you encountered an issue or problem at work or school, and how did you combat the problem? 3. Describe yourself in 3 words. Elaborate. 4. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
