Informal. Was interviewed by the Transportation Manager at the time. Was with the company for an extended period of time afterwards. Company has changed and grown since then, despite poor management.

Walk in interviews are nice. Recruiter was friendly and approachable. They asked me what shift I wanted, not many 1st shift jobs are available. Seemed like a good company I’d like to work for.
