The process was very unorganized, however the interviews themselves were very beneficial and useful when conducting. The actual HR process and communication was the major downfall, not the actual managers running them.
Laid back and very informal. Did not ask any of the typical interview questions. Focused on prior experience only. All in all it was a very relaxing interview. Interviewed on teams with video.
