Deux tours composés de deux études de cas chacun, puis un entretien avec un partner. Les consultants sont amicaux, les études de cas assez classiques. Il ne faut pas plus de quelques jours pour avoir la réponse après chaque tour.

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
