Interview
Very straightforward. Case study round and face to face interview with the partner at the SG office. A small presentation later on which was virtual and they took a little longer to let me know the result but were considered in keeping me posted.

Straightforward case interviews across 3 rounds. Half the time is spent on behaviourals and the other half is the case. Culture is very important to them and it's one of the things I loved most about working there

Intense but good, very holistic and inclusive. They really wanted to get to know me and who I was as a person. It was 5 rounds and all with different people working at the firm. It was a great experience and very interactive
