Question 1
The interviewer asked me to estimate the total number of non-Japanese who work in convenient stores in Tokyo.
In the second interview the question was how many people listen to rock music daily in Japan.
3 rounds, super personable people and smart . There were 3 different cases and you go up in management as your interviews progress. Definitely felt a bit rushed during the process but the interviewers were still super helpful and offered good feedback after interviews were done.
HR was extremely rude and did not make a professional experience. Communication was very non-transparent and frustrating. The job offer did not match actual required sought-after skills. I am disappointed.
Good - overall was an interesting interview round as they focus on Energy. The interviewers were nice and I had to do one interview in German. Classic strategy interviews, with interesting cases and normal strategy approaches.
