Interview
3 Rounds: each round consists of 2 interviews. In each interview, you'll meet a different employee of the firm. After the personal questions (in which the interviewer asks information about your experience and motivation for consulting), you have to solve a business case interview. My advice is to prepare this case interview well, it is not impossible at all but it requires case solving techniques which you can learn online or while reading consulting prep books. The best preparation is to practice interviews with friends who are interviewing at the same time.

Why do you want to work at the firm? Why did you choose for consulting? What would you do in a certain type of situation? How do you function in a team? What are your long term objectives? Do you have any international experience?

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
