Got a message on LinkedIn from a recruiter interested in interviewing me. I set up a phone call. The interview only lasted 5 minutes. The interviewer was completely unprofessional and disinterested. No introduction whatsoever. They just got straight to "tell me about your experience" which I began to tell them that I have experience related to this role as well as other related roles. They assumed I didn't have enough experience and that I'm not a good fit for this role.
Why even reach out for an interview if you didn't make that decision when you looked at my application/resume? Also, this was for a Digital Marketing Manager position. I get some companies are wanting to work on-site now. But for this role, why? It can easily be worked remotely.
Anyway, it seems like a crappy company that overworks its employees for little to no pay despite the salary that's promised.
If you are actively recruiting, maybe have more professional recruiters that don't waste an applicant's time. Good luck finding anyone wanting to work for your crappy company.
