I spoke with both the recruiter and another group of interviewers. The process itself was seamless, and it seemed like everyone enjoyed their jobs and wanted me to be successful. Despite my positive interview experience, I chose not to work here because I did not think the school culture would fit well with my being an experienced teacher. Great people to speak with, but I'm glad I walked away.

The interview process is extremely thorough in the sense that you get to know the school and they get to know you. I felt very informed when leaving and ready to make a decision because I was able to see so much of how the day to day job would be.
