As an out of state candidate I interviewed via Skype with various members of the grade level team and administration. The interview lasted about thirty minutes, and had a brief follow up phone interview with the head administrator. This was following applying online for the position with the school district.

The interview went well. It was the dept chair and an AP who held it online. They were very friendly and the process went smoothly. That was during the time of COVID, though.

Great people interviewing , the school I would work at had a good vibe. The building and teachers seemed happy. That is very important for a work atmosphere. The academic curriculum kept your hands tied.
