2 hours, 20 minutes with different attorneys and one recruiter. Everyone was really nice and no out of the blue questions. People were very excited to share information about their work in the firm.

Interview
The interview was relatively conversational without detailed questions about why Katten, as it was a 20 min screener. More general questions about why I chose to pursue law, past jobs, and undergraduate history. But should come prepared with one question to ask the interviewer.
Quite typical of OCI and other interviews. Nothing unusual, and all the attorneys were very friendly. It was all done through Zoom for both the callback and the screener. The Screener was done with 1 attorney, while the callback was 4 separate 30 min interviews.
