Interview
I interviewed in July of 2020. I was initially brought on in a temp position, then later offered a full time job, which I accepted.
The interview experience was unique, there were some pretty standard questions for the industry, but I also felt like they wanted to get to know about who I was as a person to get a feel for if I would be a good fit for the team.

Question 1
Several questions revolved around how you handle pressure and stressful situations.

Interview
I had completed two phone interviews before being asked for an in person interview which is fair given I was in another state. I went out for an in person interview, on my own dime. I was qualified for the position listed. The interview was professional, however I was told that because my mother(who paid for the trip) and I seemed too close that was a con. I then was told after the interview I would receive yet another phone interview that never then happened. I reached out after that, got no response. The lack of communication was very disappointing. I was also told during the interview that this job needed to be filled within 30 days which was not an issue. When I didn't hear back for another month, I saw the position had not been filled, despite my multiple efforts to reach out.
