Interview
Basic panel interview with questions around mostly around quality systems (IATF & APQP). Not a single typical question related to operations. The company asked for (3) PowerPoint presentations for IATF, APQP & Kaizen accomplishments that they don’t look at. They also ask you to explain your 100 day plan if you get the job.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Katayama American (Shelbyville, KY) in Jul 2017
Interview
I went through a temp agency. I was given a test to see if I would be a good fit. I watched the orientation video, and was sent for a drug test. I started the following Wednesday.
