Kastner Land Services interview questions

Very brief over the phone interview. Was very comfortable. I felt at ease talking to the hiring manager and they answsered all my questions about the position. HR manager was very knowlegdable about the postion and upfront abouit salary and working conditions.

Applied for the job via email. Got an email back to schedule a telephone interview. The interviewer missed the appointment and had to reschedule due to emergency meetings. This happened about 3 times and had me rather stressed out that i was never going to interview. When i finally got in touch with the interviewer, the process was very informal and i was offered the job at the end of the discussion pending approval of my requested salary.
