Interview
Had three different screening calls within six months, and was told to await an email for a zoom interview. WAS GHOSTED EACH TIME. Mind you I applied for the Account Manager role, then the entry Account Manager position, and then an Account Manager position for the mid shift (2pm-10pm). After the third screening I received the confirmation for the zoom call to which NO ONE showed up to the call, and no response back from the recruiter.

Question 1
Didn't get to the interview portion as I was ghosted after screening calls.
They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

Interview
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
