I went through four rounds of interviews and then received a rejection email after six months of complete silence. Keeping candidates waiting for such a long time without any communication is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for the time and effort they invest in the interview process. Even if there are delays, regular updates or a timely decision would greatly improve the candidate experience. Companies should value transparency and keep applicants informed about the status of their applications instead of leaving them waiting for months. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.
