Different for every different process..2 to 3 rounds maximum.......hr round,g.d,hr round,operations..wasted a day for interview to complete.................. ..... ......batch starts after 1 week of joining..no mobiles allowed into floor for some perticular process

Interview
Hr screening, versant and voice versant.
In the hr screening, asked to say about anything. In versant asked for self intro and why choosing BPO voice process and family background.
3 rounds of interview one is group discussion, second one is Hr interview and last is voice test. Interview was very cool and no need to be any tenced, be cool answer in English properly they check all the things of your communication skills.
