Includes introduction of research experience and interests. Compatibility is the main focus and relevant research experience is good to have for you to be a competitive candidate. Interviewers include the PI, postdocs and they were very nice and happy answer any questions you might have.

One thirty minute interview online where they asked mostly competency questions. One in-person interview, about two hours, touring the lab and talking about the kinds of research from several of the researchers.
