Karmak interview questions

Very good people and easy to go for an interview; Interview had 3 stages: HR, Manager and final with the team. They ware looking in to what kind of knowledge you have, questions about your skills, and most important looking in to your personality. Good company, good people around, nice work environment and you fill like you work with your " Family members" . Awesome culture.

The interview process starts with a phone interview with an HR Recruiter. Once past that you will have a 2 part in person interview. The first part is with the 2 Training Managers. They will ask you about your willingness to travel and learning style. The second part you are asked to prepare a short instructional presentation which you will perform for some of the current trainers. The trainers will then ask you questions and answer any that you may have for them without the managers in the room.
