Kapsch Controls Engineer interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter based in Texas for a phone screen. I was truly amazed at his lack of professionalism, rudeness, and incompetence. He could not speak to any of the technical aspects of the job position, and sounded completely unenthusiastic about the company. This interview, in addition to the other reviews on this website were enough red flags for me to know to steer clear of this organization.
